The following things may be evident or represent what the user is trying to accomplish:
- Not receiving manual correspondence.
- Not receiving automatically triggered correspondence.
- The correspondence/email was not sent.
- No correspondence was sent according to the candidate's history.
- Correspondences take more than 12h to be sent by the system.
