Troubleshooting - User Did Not Receive the eShare Offer Approval Email Notification (Doc ID 1044983.1)

Purpose

 The following things may be evident or represent what the user is trying to accomplish:

  • The user did not receive the offer approval request.
  • The user did not receive the email to approve an offer.
  • The user did not receive the Standard Notification for an Offer Approval Request.
  • The correspondence was not sent.
Note this information pertains to the correspondence sent to users that need to approve or reject an offer.
The notifications sent to owners of the requisition when decisions are made are not in the scope of this document.
