The following things may be evident or represent what the user is trying to accomplish:
- User or Candidate receiving a correspondence that is not in the current language used to login.
- User or Candidate receiving a correspondence in a different language than the preferred language.
- Candidate receiving an acknowledgment correspondence in a different language than the submission.
- Candidate or User receiving a correspondence in a different language than expected.
