 Validate the user name and password.
 Validate the integration's user account is unlocked.
 Validate user permissions.
 Validate the ping window fields.
 Look for possible zone downtime.
 If using a proxy server, validate the proxy settings.
 Verify that firewall settings do not prevent TCC from communicating with the zone.
 TCC uses a version of Java that does not support TLS.
