RP7705 - Candidate Cannot Reschedule in TSC (Doc ID 1045297.1)

Purpose

Symptoms/Objectives

The following things may be evident or represent what the user is trying to accomplish:

  • A candidate does not see the reschedule option when access Taleo Scheduling Center (TSC).
  • A candidate trying to reschedule does not see any available timeslots on TSC.

Scope

If the Reschedule option is enabled the expected behavior is that the candidate should be able to use all the scheduling option buttons within the same session. There should be no need to leave the session and return when it is desired to reschedule an appointment. (Exception: Internet Explorer)

It is also expected that candidates can access the Scheduling Center to schedule the appointment on a supported mobile device. The layout will vary from how it looks on a PC, but all the same options can be available to use.
