When a user or candidate selects the Forgot Password link in the login screen, the system can use different methods to validate his identity and allow creation of a new password.

  1. Configuration > Security Policies (users)  OR  (candidates) Configuration > Career Section > Global Security - [select a Career Section type]
  2. Then select Forgot Username/Password > Use this method to change passwords. 
  3. Select "Security Questions and/or Access Code"
