Oracle Taleo Recruiting Cloud Service - Version 12A and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Purpose

Explain the differences between EEO1 and EEO2.

EEO stands for Employment Equity Opportunity and is a collection of specific questions displayed to applicants (candidates) about their ethnicity and race, typically during their initial submission.
United States and Canada have specific regulations around this topic, which is why Oracle Taleo offers standard forms already pre-filled with the questions required for these countries.

Configuration > Career Section - Administration > Diversity Forms.
Note the Diversity Form block must be part of the Career Section application flow in order to display the questions to the candidates.
