Purpose
Latency can be improved by implementing the Akamai Service. This article explain why, and how to implement it.
Scope
Akamaï is a caching service a Content Delivery Network (CDN) provider. This article provides an explanation of the Akamai service and the special tas- enabled URL to allow you to test with the service enabled.
This is a Free Service Oracle makes available to our clients. Zones are generally configured with this product automatically, but the client must enable it on their zone URL's to take advantage of the service.
