Purpose

Disclose the possible values and codes for EEO Job Categories.

Scope

Oracle Taleo covers EEO-1 and EEO-2 job categories only. If other Job categories are required, this would need to be considered as an enhancement request.
A User-defined field could also be created and used by the customer to replace the EEO Job Category standard field if there is a need for different values than the ones proposed by Oracle Taleo.
