Purpose
Career Section > My Jobpage > My Referrals
Find out a cause for the following symptoms:
- Agent cannot view candidate profile or a specific referral in My Referrals career section portal page.
- Agent cannot edit candidate profile or a specific referral in My Referrals.
- Referrer cannot view a candidate profile or a specific referral in My Referrals.
- Referrer cannot edit a candidate profile or a specific referral in My Referrals
- View/Edit Referral or View/Edit Profile link is not displayed.
