Symptoms
A candidate, employee or user import completes but has one of the following error messages in the results file:
- The candidate could not be saved because the specified username already exists.
- The UserName USERNAME already exists in the database. The Save has been canceled.
- The following username already exists in the database: USERNAME.
The error message parameter:
- USERNAME: The username value used in the import data file.
