Purpose
This bulletin explains how to grant an object privilege on an object belonging to one user to another without having to be granted the SELECT ANY TABLE , INSERT ANY TABLE, UPDATE ANY TABLE, DELETE ANY TABLE system privileges.
Scope
For the DBAs who want to configure the database to allow users to grant object privileges for objects that they do not own.
