Chat Server resource keeps crashing sporadically

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Expect behavior is to Chat Server keep up and running.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Network Manager>Company
2. Select Chat Server resource and start it
3. Couple of minutes after that Chat Server is down.
