Chat Server resource keeps crashing sporadically (Doc ID 1189463.1)

Symptoms

Find that Chat Server was down few minutes after have start it on Network Manager.

Expect behavior is to Chat Server keep up and running.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Network Manager>Company
2. Select Chat Server resource and start it
3. Couple of minutes after that Chat Server is down.
