Find that customer has defined a Alarm Mailbox in Network Manager, but after he killed manually a resource not emails were sent to the email box defined.
Expect behavior is for the mail box defined in Alarm Mailbox to receive an email indicating that resource has stopped.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Network Manager
2. Go to Menu>Options > Alarm Mailbox and setup a valid email box.
3. Close Network Manager
4. Kill a resource that was running, no email is sent.
