Goal

Customer is having issues with IM and SM. Lately, it keeps getting NTLM window on their UI.

Here is exception captured from java console:

INFO: ntlm authentication scheme selected

org.apache.commons.httpclient.auth.InvalidCredentialsException: Credentials cannot be used for NTLM authentication: org.apache.commons.httpclient.UsernamePasswordCredentials
