Symptoms

Unable to see Catalog Browse option when creating Requisitions Also the option to create Non Catalog Request is not available.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to Fusion Application as a requester
2. Go to Create Requisition
3. 'Catalog Browse' is not available
