Unable To Open First Period (Doc ID 1366289.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to open the First Period from the Functional Setup Manager>Define Ledgers
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
-An application error has occurred. See the incident log for more information....
-The parameters are also not shown in the Open First Period page.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
-Launch FSM application
-Search for Tasklist Define Ledgers. Expand Define Accounting Configurations.
-Click on Go to Task icon against Open First Period
-Open First Period ESS Program
