Incorrect Cookie Domain in Oracle Access Manager Access Gate Prevents User from Logging into Fusion Applications (Doc ID 1375255.1)

Symptoms

After the end user enters correct user name and password on the Fusion Application login page, he/she
is redirected back to login page again and the user name and password fields are reset to empty.
