Fusion: Invoices Not Being Routed Through IPM Into Payables Scanned Invoice Region (Doc ID 1375812.1)

Symptoms

Payables Invoice Uploaded in IPM is not showing up in the Payables Invoice Workbench - Scanned Invoice region.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Login using APSUPERVISOR in IPM
1)Navigate to Upload Document
2)Select Application > Payables Invoice Application
Document Image > Image File in .TIFF format
Supplier and Invoice Details entered
3)Submit Upload
4) Go to Payables Invoice Search to search for the Invoice file uploaded
5) Invoice is uploaded in IPM
Login using APSUPERVISOR in Payables
6)Navigate to Invoice Workbench
7)Scanned Invoice is not available in the scanned invoice queue.
