Fusion Global Human Resources: Cannot View Newly Created Locations (Doc ID 1395697.1)

Symptoms

A location has been created and changes have been submitted to the database, but not able to bring up the newly created location via the Manage Location UI search.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the system.
2. Go into FSM (Functional Setup Manager).
3. Look for Manage location task and create a new location.
