Symptoms
User has enabled security for a Chart of Accounts to control access to values in the Account Segments, but
the user is able to see all the values in the Account Segments during the Journal creation in the General Ledger.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Secured values in the Account Segments should have not been displayed.
