Oracle Fusion General Ledger Cloud Service - Version 11.1.8.0.0 and later

Symptoms

While importing the daily rates using the "Import and Calculate Daily Rates" ESS program the output file for the process shows rows with error, for instance error code VF02 (The date range between Date and the To Date cannot exceed 366 days), even though the daily rate rows were loaded successfully by the batch process.
The error shown in the output file is for a previous unsuccessful run of the program.
An example of what is displayed in the output file is:

Daily Rates Import Exception Report                   Page 1

------------------------------ -------------- -------------- --------------- ---------------
Corporate 1951-01-01 4712-12-31 GBP USD 1.5 .666667 VF02

The expected result is the output file to indicate successful upload of rows.
