Fusion Applications - FAADMIN Account Got Locked

Fusion Applications when installed using Oracle VM Templates come with a super user account named FAADMIN. Multiple login failures for this account (due to incorrect password entry) causes this account to get locked and the following error message comes up in the browser:
Your account is locked. You can unlock your account by going to Forgot Password.
