Cannot Assign A User To A Sales Marketing Organization (Doc ID 1424183.1)

Symptoms


On : 11.1.2.0.0 version, Other Issues

When attempting to assign a Sales and Marketing Organization to a user , get an incident message

ERROR

An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log with user : audren.piou.secmgr (standard implementation user which is dedicated to user management )
2. > Navigator > Manage User > Retrieve  Top Manager User (sales VP)
> Assign no manager as top manager
> Assign Organization : Global Organization (setup by DEV team)
3. Click Save and Close Button :
Get an incident An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
(initially in first tests did not see this incident message)
