Symptoms

Set Up Workforce Deployment-Define Payroll

When attempting to delete an existing element from Functional Setup Manager, the following error occurs:

A Connection to the Server has failed. (Status=500,ecid=xxx) was issued.


STEPS
-----------------------
1. From Functional Setup Manager (FSM).
2. Go to Manage Element Task.
3. Look up an existing element and try to delete it.
