uplicate Identification Batches should process and complete as they did in a recent past




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into the application
2. Navigator > Customer Data Management > Duplicates Identification  to go in Duplicate Identification Batches UI
3. Run a batch request : The batch requests are not processing they are just staying in a status of Submitted.



BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot mange duplicate identification for customers.
