Symptoms

When hiring an employee an error is received: "An application error occurred see incident log for more information".

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1)  Login as user that has an employee record and HR Specialist roles
2)  Navigate > New Person
3)  Hire an Employee
4)  Enter Identification info
5)  Next
6)  Enter Person Information
7)  Click next
8)  Receive error
