Fusion Apps OTBI - No Data Retrieved When We Add The Assignment Manager Name To BI Performance Custom Analysis

You are in Fusion Applications creating a custom OTBI analysis. You selected the "Workforce Performance - Performance Rating Real Time" subject area.
Whenever you add the Assignment Manager Name to the Analysis, no data is retrieved. When you execute the same analysis without the the Assignment Manager Name column, data is retrieved normally. A report with only the Assignment Manager Name column does not return data.
