Worklist Task Manager Not Showing Notifications (Doc ID 1448474.1)

When attempting to login to the Fusion Application Toolkit (ATK)  Home Page application , the worklist does not show any notifications. The problem is intermittent.  When the issue occurs the following error displays.

Error show tasklist. Possible reasons could be : SOA server connection information is not available. 2. If it is run in federated mode, the default server may be down.
