Invalid Credential Error When logging in to Fusion Application

Symptoms

 If you are a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) customer, there are multiple sections in this document that need not be performed by you. Please log a Service Request in My Oracle Support for Oracle to do this for you.

User received an Invalid credential error when trying to login to any of the Fusion Applications that are SSO enabled, however user name and password are correct and exist in LDAP server.


When checking the OAM logs the following errors were noticed:
