Goal

On : 11.1.2.0.0 version, Data Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Assigned Customer Data Steward is not able to Override a Duplication Resolution Request


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Assigned Customer Data Steward should be able to Override a Duplication Resolution Request

 
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with user with XX-DATA-MANAGER (with Steward Data Manager Role) 
> Navigator > Duplication Resolution
> create a Duplication Resolution Request : XX test Duplicate Resolution Request
> Then Assign this Duplication Resolution Request To user XX-DATA-STEWARD (user with only Customer Data Steward role)
> Save

2. Login With XX-DATA-STEWARD (Customer Data Steward)
> Navigator > Duplication Resolution
> Highlight Duplication Resolution Request : XX test Duplicate Resolution Request
> Only Process and Reject requests are ungreyed Button : Override System Mapping is still greyed

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact: Due to this issue, users cannot override a duplication Resolution request which was assigned to them
