Symptoms

On : 11.1.3.0.0 version, Deliver Customer Care-Maintain Customer Information

When attempting to create a customer (after validating address)
the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1 :Navigator > Application Composer Common> Standard Objects
>Organization Profile>Pages>Creation Page

Add : HQ Branch Indicator

Save and close

2. Navigatior > Customers > Create customer
enter name
Then address
address :
- address1 =2 Folstom
- City = San Francisco
- Stae = CA

Click on Valudate Address > Accept the suggestion
