When attempting to access opportunities page,
the following error occurs.


Unable to connect to the BI Presentation Server. Please ensure that it is running,
configured properly, and that the connection details within this
application are correct.Exceeded failed connection tries

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator - Sales - Opportunities

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access opportunities page.
