Symptoms
When attempting to execute process 'LoadUSGeographyInterface', the following error occurs:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select 'Navigator>Tools>Schedule Processes
2. Click 'Schedule New Processes'
3. Search and select Process Name'LoadUSGeographyInterface' in the popup window.
4. Click 'Ok'
5. Click 'Submit' on Process Detail popup.
