Symptoms
On attempting to add a new Supplier Address the application is failing with an Error.
Due to this issue, users cannot create addresses properly for Suppliers created manually or via Supplier Import process.
Error Message
You cannot save this address because at least one of the address elements is invalid [HZ-120485]
