Symptoms

We are not able to Create Orders from an external Order Capture System. Order Creation is failing with an error. The error reported is either

A cross-referenced value was not found for attribute account in source system LEG1.

or

A cross-referenced value was not found for attribute site in source system LEG1.

The error can be seen using the method described in:- How to View Errors when an Order has Not been created - Order Submitted using Web Service (Doc ID 2162739.1)
