Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users are attempting to add Goals that have already been completed, so that they can be included in their Performance Evaluations. When a Goal is created with a status of Completed, the goal does not appear in the My Goals list. Also, even though the Require Manager approval for adding a new goal profile option (HRG_ADD_GOAL_REQ_APPR) is set to Y, the approval process is not triggered.
Steps to reproduce
1) Navigator > Goals
2) Click on My Goal,
3) Select the Performance Goals tab
4) Click on Add Goal icon
5) Create a goal with the required data.
In the start date used both past and present dates (Jan /12 to May / 12)
Target Completion date we tried with and without this date.
Status = Completed -->> THIS IS THE CRITICAL PIECE.
Actual Completion date we entered both past and present date.
6) Click the Save and Close button.
Taken back to the My Goals page, but the goal just entered does not appear.
Expect that the user would be able to enter Goals that they have already completed and have them show in the My Goals page.
