Error When Run OIM Scheduled Job

Symptoms

 If you are a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) customer, there are multiple sections in this document that need not be performed by you. Please log a Service Request in My Oracle Support for Oracle to do this for you.

 

 The "LDAP User Create and Update full Reconciliation" had been run successfully previously. After running HCM load, now receive an error when running "LDAP User Create and Update full Reconciliation"

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log into OIM console
2. Click on the Advanced link
3. Click on the Search Scheduled Job
4. Search for LDAP User Create and Update full Reconciliation
5. Click to open the LDAP User Create and Update full Reconciliation
6. Click on Run Now
7. The error is shown An error has occurred while updating the Job Details

On reviewing Manage User and editing one of the employee's loaded, in the User Details section it shows the user request as pending. When reviewing OIM the user request is not shown

On reviewing "oim_server1_diagnostic.log" we find the following error stack:
