On : 11.1.3.0.0 version, Functionality

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Inconsistent Record Display in Mobile Sales Application

Fusion Mobile Sales Application not displaying same information as Fusion Web Application. When I search for a customer in Web application, it appears under All Customers, when I search in iPad or iPhone, it does not appear.
Customer is displayed in Mobile Sales under My Customers.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Mobile Sales and Web applications should display same information.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch Customer Web Center
2. Navigate to Navigator > Customers
3. It shows all the customers, but in Mobile Sales it shows My Customers

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users have different customers (accounts) visibility for Fusion Web and Fusion Mobile Sales applications.
