There Are No Choices In The LOV For Account Address Set When Creating A Customer (Doc ID 1490381.1)

In Set Up Order Fulfillment-General Setup for Accounts Receivable

There are no choices in the LOV for Account Address Set when creating a customer.

The user has been granted Billing Manager and Billing Manager Business Unit Roles .

Should be able to see all the defined Address Sets when creating a customer.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in with a user having a Billing Manager Role.
2. Use the task Manage Customer to create a new customer.
3. In the Account Address Set look for the values in the List Of Values to choose from .
