Symptoms

On : 11.1.3.0.0 version, Security

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When log in in production instance get a frozen screen (alll screen is blue)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to join Home page with standard look and feel and possbility to navigate

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Log on to reach ATK Home Page >  Cannot navigate and see only (almost) full screen in blue
