Unable To Create New Deployment Package (for Outlook Integration) (Doc ID 1495222.1)

On : version, Set Up Sales-Define Outlook Integration

Customer is not able to deploy a new Outlook Integration package. When the customer tries to activate the CRM Outlook package they receive the following error:

An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.

Customer should be able to deploy a new Outlook Integration package

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Navigator > Setup and Maintenance
2. Navigate to Task Manage Client Deployment Package Help
3. Press Export button to export the standard Outlook package
4. Press the Import button to import the customized Outlook package
5. Press Activate button to make active the Package

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot deploy new Outlook package
