Lead Owner Field Becomes Blank Upon The Lead Action - Reject

The following issue happens in the Leads page :

When attempting to "Reject" lead, the Owner gets removed from the record.


1. login to applications
2. goto Navigator
3. go to Marketing > Leads Qualification
4. from the My Leads search results, choose lead = Test
5. the records has the following values
  Status = Unqualified
  Owner = <owner>
6. go to Actions > Reject
7. enter reason value
8. now the record gets updated and simultaneously the control comes back to the Overview page
9. the default search is still -- My Leads
10. the record - Test is not available in the list
11. bring up All Leads search
12. the record Test is listed here
13. open the record
14. see that Owner field is blank, Status = Unqualified


Upon "Reject" Action,  the lead Owner field should retain its value - the lead Status should something be like Rejected instead of Unqualified
