Symptoms

 

 

On : 11.1.3.0.0 version, File Import

When attempting to run a customer import with duplicate options
the program ends in error

>oracle.as.scheduler.RuntimeServiceAccessControlException: ESS-02002 User ASANKARANARAYANAN@DELOITTE.COM does not have sufficient privilege to perform operation submitRequest JobDefinition:
