Fusion Performance Management: 10/4e-signature Dates Not Displayed In the Performance Document PDF

After recreating an electronic signature for a performance document that has Final Feedback and printing it, there is no date displayed. Approvers can not tell when the employee acknowledged the document.
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create a performance document with the Provide final feedback.
2. Complete it as the employee and include your digital signature.
3. Print out the PDF file and see there is no date.
