Oracle Taleo Recruiting Cloud Service - Version 19C to 19C [Release 19]
Information in this document applies to any platform.
The Taleo Metrics Portal provides access to Taleo Enterprise production metrics, such as availability, PIN/PCN related information, OBI agents, application usage, transaction volume, and web analytics.
Users must have an Oracle user account (My Oracle Support (MOS) account).
Note: The Metrics Portal login credentials are the same as MOS login credentials. However, if the MOS password has special characters e.g. " > < ( ) % ; \ + the user will need to change the password without special characters in order to access the Metrics Portal.
SmartOrg user email in the Taleo zone must match the Oracle Account email address used to log into Metrics Portal.
The SmartOrg user account must include the MetricsPortalAccess user group in the production zone. Metrics Portal user group configuration in the Staging, Training, or other zones is not considered.
