After Using Upload Resume Parsing Option, Fields in Application Form Are Blank

After clicking the "Upload Resume" parsing option on the Application Form, all fields on the Application Form are blank.

After parsing a resume, fields on the Application Form are populated based on the content of the resume.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Careers Website.
2. Search for and apply to a Requisition; or apply via the General Application Form.
3. Enter information on the Application Form (e.g. First Name, Last Name, etc.)
4. Click the "Upload Resume" parsing option.
5. On the following page, click the Resume: Browse... button and select a resume on the local computer.
6. Click the Attach butto
