Are there different e-mail notification templates or tasks that are used when someone approves a requisition via email vs. approves a requisition via the manual process? We have had issues in the past where our emails have gone to "junk mail" but we thought we had it corrected. Suddenly today it was reported that this occurred again. What I noticed is that the the approver prior to the person who received "junk mail" approved the req manually. I'm wondering if there could be a link here
