When a user changes the status of one of an Opportunity’s Revenue Line Items to either “Lost” or “No Sale” or even “Won,” and clicks Save and Close, then the user gets a warning message saying that
“One or more revenue lines are not associated with a competitor. The lines will be associated with the opportunity primary competitor. Do you want to continue?”
Click “Yes” then the value is not saved and the record is not closed despite Save and Close having been clicked.
How can the user change the status without being required to enter a Competitor.?
