No Customer Visible In List Of Values When Creating A New Incentive Transaction

The customer field in Create Transaction does not return any record in the list of value (LOV).
User created an organization "DH Test 1" and expected to see this organization in the customer's LOV.
1. Create customer via Navigation: Sales -> Customers > Create Customer
2. Create transaction via Navigation: Credits and Earnings > Create Transaction
Due to this issue, users cannot associate the customer to the transaction.
